In this old military outpost, you can visit the gardens, the dungeons and the walls, wander among the works of art, climb the tower that contains a permanent exhibition about the Lariosaurus and from where you will enjoy a magnificent 360 degree view of the lake and watch the free flight of birds of prey in our daily falconry demonstrations

HOW TO GET TO THE CASTLE OF VEZIO
By public transport
Catch a boat or a fast boat to Varenna.
Once you get off the boat you can catch a taxi or walk uphill to the Castle of Vezio. (30 min. walk, wear comfortable shoes and bring water).
By private taxi
Book a transfer or include the Castle of Vezio in a Lake Como guided tour.
