The building, with a north-south orientation, is located at the side of the road connecting Vassena. Small in size, it has a portico with entrance portal, as well as a quadrangular opening on the right side of the entrance itself. Internally it develops with a small hall with cross vault and presbytery, bordered by two steps, with the stone altar leaning against the curved apsidal wall scanned by pilasters. Above the altar there is a painting with the representation of the Madonna dela Latte with stone frame and small stucco top decoration.
